JustFormed WASHINGTON · WEEKLY

Public records, delivered

Every new Washington business. In your inbox Monday.

New companies need an accountant, insurance, payroll, and banking in their first 90 days — usually from whoever reaches them first. JustFormed watches both state registration and business licensing records daily, so your Monday digest includes the licensed sole proprietors and DBAs that national filing trackers miss.

One statewide sample issue, free. No spam, unsubscribe anytime.

You're on the list — the next sample digest goes out Monday.

How it works

No dashboards, no seats, no demos. A data pipeline on one end, your inbox on the other.

Step 1 — WatchWe monitor registration and licensing records daily

Every newly registered LLC, corporation, and partnership — plus newly licensed sole proprietors and trade names other trackers skip.

Step 2 — FilterYou pick counties and business activity

Only the areas and business types you serve, using the state's own license categories. Statewide if you want it all; change filters by replying to any digest.

Who's behind this

JustFormed is built and run by Paul More, an independent developer in Washington. No sales team, no offshore data entry — a state-records pipeline he built, and digests he stands behind.

Questions

Where does the data come from?
Public records published by Washington State: business registrations and business licensing data, combined and matched by state business identifier. We don't scrape private sources or guess — if it's in the digest, it's on the public record. Every digest lists which source each record came from.
How fresh is it?
Source records update daily; your digest covers the previous seven days each Monday (daily delivery available on Statewide). Most businesses in a digest are less than ten days old.
How is this different from national filing trackers?
National services watch Secretary of State corporate filings only. JustFormed also watches state business licensing data — which is where sole proprietors, DBAs/trade names, and licensed contractors appear. Last week that was 29 businesses a registrations-only tracker would have missed.
Is this legal to use for outreach?
The records are public. You're responsible for following applicable outreach laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) in how you contact businesses, same as with any prospect list.
Do you sell contact lists of individuals?
No. JustFormed delivers business records only — Washington law restricts commercial lists of individuals, and we've designed the product around that.
What if my county has a quiet week?
Rural counties can have single-digit weeks; the digest tells you either way, and you can switch counties any time by replying. If the volume genuinely isn't useful for your area, cancel — no contracts, no hard feelings.
How do I cancel? Do you do refunds?
Cancel any time from your Stripe receipt or by emailing hello@justformed.net — it takes effect at the end of the billing month. If a digest ever fails to arrive, that month is on us.
What do you do with my email address?
Deliver digests to it. That's the whole list of uses — no resale, no "partners," and one-click removal. Details in the privacy policy.
When does it launch?
The free sample digest is available now. Paid county-filtered digests begin as soon as the founding group fills.
