JustFormed is a small, independent data service run by Paul More in Washington State. This policy says what we collect from you and what we do with it, in plain English.
Your email address, when you sign up for the sample digest or subscribe — plus the plan you clicked, so we know what you were interested in. Signup submissions are processed by Formspree. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which collects standard server logs.
Send you the digests you asked for, reply when you email us, and process your subscription. That's the complete list.
We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone. No ad networks, no "marketing partners," no enrichment services. We don't run third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site.
Digest contents come from public records published by Washington State agencies (business registrations and business licensing data). If your business appears in a digest, that reflects the public record, not information you gave us. Corrections to public records must be made with the issuing agency; if you believe our reproduction of a record is inaccurate, email us and we'll review it.
Every digest includes an unsubscribe link, and you can always just reply "unsubscribe" or email hello@justformed.net. On request we'll delete your email address from our systems entirely, subject to records we're required to keep (e.g., payment history).
If this policy changes materially, subscribers get an email before the change takes effect.
