JustFormed compiles public records published by Washington State agencies into county- and activity-filtered email digests and CSV files. It is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by any Washington State agency.
A monthly subscription to the digest tier you choose. Billing is monthly through Stripe, cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing month. Founding-member pricing stays at your original rate for as long as your subscription stays active.
Use it in your own business development: import it into your CRM, contact the businesses listed (you're responsible for complying with laws that govern your outreach, like CAN-SPAM and TCPA), and share it within your firm.
Resell, republish, or redistribute the digests or CSVs outside your organization; use the data to build a competing feed; or use it to compile lists of individuals. The underlying public records remain public — what you're paying for is our collection, matching, filtering, and delivery work.
Digests reproduce state records as published, and public records contain errors, delays, and omissions. The data is provided for informational purposes only, "as is," without warranty of completeness or accuracy. Legal certification of business records can be obtained only through the Office of the Secretary of State. Don't use the digest as the sole basis for a legal, credit, or hiring decision.
If a digest fails to arrive in a given week, that month is free — tell us and we'll credit it. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You can cancel anytime. We can suspend accounts that violate the "may not do" section, with a refund of the unused portion of the month. If we shut the service down, active subscribers get a pro-rated refund.
Material changes are emailed to subscribers before they take effect. These terms are governed by Washington State law.
